Malevitus Returns...SINISTER -Single and Video Drop October 7th

Friday October 7th, Malevitus will release SINISTER, the first of 3 singles with music videos by the visionary fine arts duo Louvierre+Vanessa. Slow and heavy, the song speaks to the universal “her” and questions culpability and the rights she has lost. This new music features the work of their late, great drummer, Carlo Nuccio.

A legendary musician, singer/songwriter and personality, Carlo joined Malevitus in 2020, changing the direction and sound of the group with his masterful drumming and songwriting contributions. He passed away peacefully on August 24th 2022 from liver cancer.

Malevitus has the distinct honor of holding Nuccio’s last completed songs and recordings from the Spring of 2022. Releasing this musical and visual tryptic is in tribute to him, with gratitude.

SINISTER’s release on !0/7 coincides with an immersive performance by Tiana Hux and Malevitus in Pensacola, FL at the 309 Punk Museum, where she was the inaugural Artist in Residence in 2021 post Hurricane Ida.

Malevitus plays Carlo Nuccio’s tribute and send off in New Orleans at Tipitina’s Sunday October 9th.
